Your Embroidered Logo - Artwork to Embroidery

What looks good in print doesn't always translate well into embroidery. A thin printed line becomes a line consisting of tiny segments, a light shadow effect draws more attention because it consists of individual stitches, small text can't be embroidered because it would require stitches that are too small for an embroidery machine...

Instead, imagine the simplified version that your embroiderer suggested. Will your logo have more room for your business name?  Will it be more readable? Will your design have a clean appearance rather than a messy look? Will your logo embroider more easily? While making modifications may seem like a big deal to you, people who are unfamiliar with your logo may not even see the difference. All they will see is a well-designed embroidered image.

Your Embroidered Logo: Artwork to Embroidery

You're planning to launch your new business next month. You spent two months working with a graphic designer to develop your logo. Your design is finally finished.  You love it!  You're excited to have custom embroidered long sleeve polo shirts made so you send your artwork to an embroiderer. But, their response is "Your logo must be simplified for embroidery".

WHAT? After two months of work and numerous revisions your newly minted logo won't work for embroidery? Should you try another embroiderer???

You might find an embroiderer who'll embroider your design without any simplifications but will your logo look good? Will the small text that's barely readable in print be too hard to read when embroidered? Will the shadow effect on your text detract from your business name? Will the thin outline surrounding your text look messy when its embroidered?

Your Embroidered Logo: Don't Forget Long Sleeve Polos!

I'm Pete, a small business owner. Glad to meet you! What's new with my business? I finally ordered custom embroidered long sleeve polo shirts. The short sleeve polo style I've ordered in the past was also available in long sleeves so ordering was easy.

My staff and I used to just wear short sleeve polos. Everyone was comfortable during the summer months but some of us were cold during the winter. I would wear a sweater over my polo but then my logo couldn't be seen. Some employees would add a sweatshirt or cardigan over their polo but once again my logo couldn't be seen. Soooo I finally ordered both short and long sleeve polos. Now my logo is visible, my staff has a uniform look and everyone is comfortable!

Your Embroidered Logo: The Tall Guy's Right Fit

Hey, I’m a tall-sized embroidered button down shirt in size LTall.  My guy, Craig, looks great wearing me and he loves how I fit. Together we look confident and professional. What an improvement!

Craig looked terrible before he met me. He used to wear XL sized shirts.  XL shirts were really too big for him but he needed the extra length in the sleeves and torso. Even still, he didn’t look right. He couldn’t stay tucked in and the XL size was too big in his shoulders. So, Craig didn’t look too good and he felt even worse...

But, then Craig met me and I changed his life! Well, that’s a slight exaggeration but Craig definitely looks much better wearing big and tall embroidered button down shirts that fit him.
