Your Embroidered Logo: Decorated T's?

Need decorated T’s? Have a logo with lots colors? T-shirts can be embroidered but the design can’t be too big or stitch intensive because T-shirt fabric is too light to support lots of stitches. T’s can be screen printed but if the quantity is small it may be hard to find a printer who will print just a few shirts because of the amount of set-up time involved.

If there are a few colors in the design then it’s usually better to have T's direct garment printed. The cost will be more per shirt but the look is almost identical to screen printing and there won’t be any screen charges which can be costly for a multi-color design.
